RKYMTN Adult Drinks (RAD) was founded with one initial goal: to create the perfect post‑adventure and/or enduro-party beverage. After a epic ski day, a high alpine ride or a muddy trail run, we wanted something natural, unique, and radically refreshing — without all the fake stuff or over carbonation. That mission led us home to Colorado’s Western Slope, where RAD was born.
Founded by Adrian Glasenapp, a Glenwood Springs native with over 25 years in the alcohol beverage industry — including 16 years at New Belgium Brewing where he helped launch brands like Voodoo Ranger and Mountain Time — RAD is a blend of tradition, innovation, and mountain soul. Adrian brought together a small but mighty team to craft a new kind of drink: brewed with real fruit, infused with botanicals like hibiscus and lemongrass, and made with a cleaner agave wine base. The result? A dangerously delicious “hard refresher” that’s better for you and brewed for the moments that matter.
We’re not here to be the next hard seltzer — RAD is a premium wine-based RTD (ready-to-drink) beverage, riding the wave of a category growing 20-30% year over year. We’re small-batch and hands-on, with a commitment to quality, safety, and creativity in every can (in partnership with our Co-Packer and R&D partner - STEM Ciders). Our flagship flavors — High Desert Red and High Alpine Gold — are crafted to surprise, satisfy, and leave you reaching for another. The lower carbonation brings this idea home.
